Our factory currently manufactures PN-type mud pumps in models such as 1PN, 2PN, 3PN, 4PN, 6PN, 8PN, etc. With a complete range of varieties, these pumps feature a long service life, a simple structure, and reliable operation.

Features of the Mud Pump: The wear-resistant cast iron is applied to the wear-bearing components in the flow-through part, ensuring a long service life. The clearance between the impeller and the wear plate can be adjusted promptly to maintain high-efficiency operation. For mud pumps with a diameter of over 4 inches, the bearings are directly installed in a horizontally split bracket, enabling convenient disassembly, inspection, and timely adjustment. Additionally, a water-cooled serpentine tube is installed in the oil sump, which improves the working conditions of the bearings.

The flow-through components of the PN mud pump are made of wear-resistant alloy materials, endowing it with a long lifespan. For mud pumps with a diameter of 6 inches and below, the impeller of the mud sand is connected to the shaft by threads. For mud pumps with a diameter of 8 inches and above, due to the relatively large size of the pump body, a horizontally split structural type is adopted, making disassembly, assembly, and maintenance convenient.

The shaft seal adopts a general packing seal. During operation, shaft seal clean water with a pressure 1 kg/cm2 higher than the working pressure should be injected. When viewed from the driving direction, the PN-type mud pump rotates counterclockwise (among them, 1PN, 2PN, and 3PN rotate clockwise). When the impeller is connected to the shaft by threads, if it rotates in the reverse direction, the impeller will detach from the shaft.

Structural Features of the PN Mud Pump:

1. Reasonable structure and easy maintenance: The pump head part adopts a front-and-rear open-door structure (kate005). When performing maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the pipeline. Just move the motor backward, and the pump can be disassembled and repaired.

2. High concentration and no blockage: The concentration of the conveyed pulp can reach up to 6%.

3. Good cavitation performance and long service life: The actual service life is 2 to 3 times longer than that of ordinary pulp pumps.

4. High efficiency and energy conservation: The operating efficiency is, on average, 3 to 10 percentage points higher than that of ordinary pulp pumps, and the energy conservation and consumption reduction can reach 15% to 30%.

5. The clearance between the impeller and the wear plate can be adjusted in a timely manner to maintain high-efficiency operation. The split structural form is adopted, which makes disassembly, assembly, and maintenance convenient.
